Creation of all budgets for the department, Finalization of the department time tables, monitoring all academic activities of the department. Monitoring all activities of the technical staff, Labs functioning and Maintenance, student’s discipline of the department. Lead and plan staff development in line with objectives of University. Ensure the programs objectives are met with the allocated budget and resources available. Foster linkages with Industry to bridge gap between academia and Industry.
